Cecil Fannin Family Event and Exhibit Hall Rentals:

The Cecil Fannin Family Event and Exhibit Hall is suitable for larger groups with up to 150 people for a sit-down function or 200 people for a buffet function. All events in the Cecil Fannin Family Event and Exhibit Hall must be scheduled to occur while the museum is closed.

Under no circumstance will the museum close or deviate from it’s regular posted operating hours for a rental.

Rental fee: $400 for up to 200 people for a 4-hour rental (which includes cleanup time). A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The balance of $200 is due two weeks prior to the event.
